Hope Hill Sobering Center

About Us

We Provide A
Safe Place To Recover

Hope Hill Sobering Center (HHSC) was established in early 2021 as a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization created with the intent of providing the community with a safe place to recover from the acute effects of intoxication in lieu of the jail or the emergency room and to then be referred to community-based resources as needed. HHSC is managed and staffed by Ascension Recovery Services.

Our Community Partners

A number of local partners have contributed to the costs associated with development and operation of the Hope Hill Sobering Center. We anticipate annual costs for operating the Sobering Center of about $350,000 per year, which are covered by community partners, grants and donations. We do not charge clients for use of the services.
